Congrats To Grads and Parents

Kevin…

Another graduation season has come and gone for students, parents and teachers. Many proud parents of high school and college students attended ceremonies around the Ozarks. It’s a special time. I’ve seen one kid graduate so far and the other has one year left at Glendale.

As always, time flies, but…I tell my kids that time flies exponentially faster after your school years. I can’t explain the physics of that, but I know from experience that it’s true. so now that my job as a parent is mostly done, the advice I give my kids is…live in the present. Don’t look back too much and don’t worry too much about your future. Just do the best you can in whatever you do and don’t take a day for granted. Savor the little things and appreciate what you have and the people you meet throughout your life.

A few more tidbits of advice from this old man…Don’t screw up your credit, learn how to cook a few things, get a dog and crank up the tunes whenever you can.

Meet The Cast

Natalie Nunn

Born and raised in Marshfield, Natalie’s Ozarks roots run deep. Staying close to home for college at Evangel, she then launched her TV career right here in Springfield.

In 2012, Natalie hit pause on the newsroom hustle to take on her toughest (and most rewarding) job yet: stay-at-home mom to her two kids. Life took her family to Dallas and then to a crazy mountain town in New Mexico. When the pandemic hit, she knew it was time to come back home and back to the news.

When she’s not on the radio, you’ll likely find Natalie at a ball field or in a gym, cheering on her kids, Hays and Taylor—or rooting for her husband Frank’s team. Seriously, she spends a lot of time at sporting events.

Natalie loves exploring the Ozarks and finding unique, out-of-the-way places along the way.
