There’s a TikTok video trend on how to make an upside-down pizza in a cast iron skillet that you bake in the oven. It’s pretty simple, just make a pizza in REVERSE: Start with toppings. . . then cheese . . . pizza sauce . . . put the pizza crust dough on top . . . and bake it at 400 for around 40 minutes. You’ll need a big cutting board to help flip it over. The end result in the video looks pretty good.
That’s cute and fun Tik Tokers … but, if you want to be innovative and CHANGE the pizza game … LET’S GO! 1. The box, why is it so big and won’t fit well in my refrigerator? 2. Left over boxes need to be pizza shaped, duh! 3. And, half and half pizzas need to be separated by and edible crust divider!
