There’s a reason beer tastes better cold! And it’s not just “because it does.”
Beer scientists found out that when the beer is colder, the molecules arrange themselves in a chain instead of a pyramid. When that happens, we can taste the ethanol a little more. That’s slightly bitter and a little sweet, so it tastes more refreshing! You can read all about it here.
They also found the perfect temperature for an average beer is 41-degrees, so set your fridge temp accordingly!
