The National Weather Service has confirmed that a small tornado touched down in an area of Southern Dallas County Monday afternoon.
The EF-0 twister hit near Fair Grove around 4:45 PM. It had 77 mile per hour winds and was on the ground long enough to cross Highway 65. The storm damaged a house and brought down some trees.
