One of the men charged in the death of Cassidy Rainwater appeared in court Tuesday afternoon.
Timothy Norton faces charges of murder, kidnapping and abandonment of a corpse.
His court appearance comes four days after the other man charged in the case, James Phelps, entered an Alford plea.
The judge scheduled another hearing for June 27.
Prosecutors plan to leave the trial in Dallas County.
